About Us
We didn’t step into this work by accident. We started this business because we’ve lived these transitions firsthand, multiple times, with our own families. We've helped aging parents move through difficult seasons, made decisions from a distance, and felt the weight of trying to do everything right without knowing where to turn.
That’s why Real Estate Transition Specialists exists. We help seniors and their families navigate the emotional and practical realities of buying, selling, or preparing for a new season of care. Our work combines real estate expertise with lived experience and a deep network of trusted local partners who share our values.
This isn’t a typical real estate transaction. It’s often a complex, emotional time—filled with questions about safety, timing, next steps, and how to honor the wishes of a loved one. We’ve walked that path ourselves, which is why we’re passionate about making it easier for others.
Whether you're helping a parent move closer to family, preparing to right-size your own home, or simply exploring options for the future, we’re here to listen and provide a clear plan. That might mean helping you sell a longtime family home, connecting you with contractors or home organizers, or simply being a steady voice through a season of change.
We understand how overwhelming this process can be. The decisions are often unfamiliar, the timing is rarely perfect, and the emotional weight is real. Our goal is to guide, support, and simplify each step so you and your family never have to navigate this alone.

I never expected to become a realtor—but the Lord had other plans. That was 26 years ago, and I’ve been full-time ever since. I’ve walked alongside clients through every kind of transition, but nothing prepared me like walking through it myself, again and again, with my parents and in-laws.
From long-distance decisions to emergency moves, I’ve seen how overwhelming it can be for families who don’t know where to turn. That’s why I co-founded Real Estate Transition Specialists: to be the person I wish I had when I was going through it.
I’ve lived in Spring Hill for nearly 40 years and have deep roots in this community. I’ve served on the boards of many local nonprofits and believe strongly in using my time and talents to support others in need. My faith is what grounds me in this work and reminds me daily that every person deserves to be treated with care, patience, and respect.

Real estate became more than a career for me after I helped my own parents through a major life change. My father’s health declined suddenly, and we made the difficult decision to sell both of our homes and find a place where my parents could live with us. Years later, I helped my mother transition into assisted living. Those personal experiences opened my eyes to how emotional and complex these seasons can be—and how much families need someone to walk with them through it all.
Since then, I’ve built a real estate career rooted in service and compassion. I’ve developed strong connections throughout the Middle Tennessee area and have helped many clients prepare their homes, navigate tough decisions, and find the right fit for any stage of life. I believe in listening closely, advocating gently, and doing everything I can to make transitions feel more manageable.
Faith and family are at the heart of everything I do. I consider it a privilege to guide families through moments that matter.
